SELANGOR: Organized by Jalin Realty and Australia’s leading property research company Urbis, Growing Melbourne is an educational seminar that touches on key factors that are contributing to the expanding and the changing real estate market in Melbourne; and how investors can be rewarded by taking the underlying opportunities presented at this moment.
The speaker also touched on key concerns that might affect investors’ decision making, on location, type of properties, financing, local government changes for foreign investors and other concerns. The event was held on 25 May 2016 (Wednesday), 8pm at One World hotel, Bandar Utama, Level C, Jasmine room.
The event saw some 60 groups of attendees, who has either invested, about to invest, or want to get insights before making a decision to invest in Melbourne property. They are generally interested in learning about the current Melbourne property market and updates to new policy changes for foreigners who are exploring to invest in Melbourne properties.
Using this newly acquired information and assisting investors make a better decision in their investment plan. Urbis presented infrastructural investment that local Victoria government is spending to accommodate the increasing population in the world’s most liveable city.
Urbis also shared data on the types of properties that are currently sought after in the upcoming gentrification areas, due to lifestyle changes, and why they are becoming popular as these areas are slowly transforming from the old Melbourne manufacturing past, into upcoming modern residential & commercial areas with a unique blend of architectural design that will give the neighbourhood a new uplift.
