Jalin Realty International, a Malaysian real estate marketing consultancy, made a surprising sweep, bagging two Golds and one Silver award at the Overseas Property Professional (OPP) Awards for Excellence 2014 held in London recently.

Rubbing shoulders with many big players in the international property field, Jalin Realty International successfully held its own with an outstanding Gold win for: Best Global Agency and Best Asia Agency; and a Silver win for the Best Australasia Agency.

Not one to rest on its laurels, the home-grown company has grown rapidly over the last few years, expanding its services beyond Malaysia, through genuine partnerships with world renowned developers such as Lend Lease, Mirvac and Greenland Group, marketing sophisticated projects in countries such as Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, to Asia.

The company now also has offices in Singapore, Indonesia and China.

With a completely independent judging process, the awards for general real estate agents were assessed based on ethics, transparency, quality of service and a proven track record, to name the least.
